Dongying city is the center city of the Yellow River Delta. The Yellow River, the mother river, enters into sea through the city. Located close to the Beijin-Tianjin Zone on the north, and linking with Jiaozhou- Jinan Zone on the south, Dongying City is the crossing point of the Bohai-Rim Area and the Yellow River Economic Belt.
It is a piece of magic land. It is old and young. It is not only the motherland of Sunwu who is a sage to resort to arms and Nikuan who is the

minister of Han dynasty, but also the place where the University of Petroleum and Shengli Oilfield is located. It is the youngest land of R.P.C.. The Yellow River creates new land of 20 sq km each year, which gestated the Yellow River Delta state-level natural protecting zone.
